Parent Code of Conduct

At St Laurence's, we value the positive partnership between parents, carers and staff, recognising that working together is important to ensure the best outcomes for our children. We kindly ask all members of our school community to treat one another with respect, courtesy and consideration at all times. Parents and carers are expected to communicate in a constructive and supportive manner, whether in person, by telephone, email or through social media. Behaviour that is aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or damaging to the wellbeing of others will not be tolerated. This includes behaviour that undermines the wellbeing, safety or reputation of staff or pupils. By working together with mutual respect and understanding, we can maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
